Refund and Returns Policy

Declined Orders

If our online doctor or pharmacist on-site rejects the medication you have placed an order for, we will promptly issue a full refund without requiring any additional requests. The refund process will utilise the initial payment method whenever possible. Depending on your card company, the refunded amount may take approximately 7 to 8 business days to reflect in your account.

Medicine Return Procedure

Per regulations, our company cannot accept returns of any medication due to the prohibition of reusing it once it has left our premises. We will dispose of any medicine returned to us within 30 days. You can cancel your order(s) only before it leaves our premises. The chemist responsible will ensure that any returned medication, including sealed boxes, is destroyed within the given 30-day period. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds on returned orders because of this policy. Suppose you cannot pick up your supply or redeliver your medicine via our messenger services. In that case, we will post the medication to either the same or an alternative address, provided you return it within 30 days.

The Consumer Protection Regulations

According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, certain conditions prevent you from returning your order:

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to investigate the reasons for your cancellation request. It’s essential to note that if all relevant parties have agreed otherwise, they may waive the right to revoke the contract by providing a notice of withdrawal following the regulations. Additionally, personalised merchandise cannot be returned. If your cancellation falls under any of these categories, you do not have the right to revoke your order. However, we have implemented terms and conditions to ensure fair treatment of our customers, including the ability to cancel an order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, any refunded medication must be discarded, including sealed or unopened packages, making it impossible for us to provide a refund in such cases.

Returning Orders by Post

If you choose to return your medicine by mail, please double-wrap the medication properly before sending it back to us. Along with the return package, kindly include your full name, address, and the order number provided by the company.

Receiving Defective, Spoiled, or Incorrect Goods

If you receive an order in an unacceptable, spoiled, or defective condition, please get in touch with one of our representatives through live chat using the details provided on the package within ten days of receiving the goods. Upon contact, we will discuss the appropriate course of action to resolve the issue, which may vary depending on the case. Reimbursement is the most common solution to address such problems.

Returning Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act, you are entitled to a monetary refund for goods deemed spoiled or damaged, provided you request it within 30 days of receiving the goods. The customer must return the order, which we will assess before refunding. However, please note that we don’t accept returns for allegedly ineffective medicine. If you believe you have received damaged medication before or after shipping, do not hesitate to contact our representatives through the live chat option on the website. Alternatively, you can email or call during our working hours to discuss the matter further.
